Adopting the latest world technology and optimized design to the machine units make the production line has the advantages of even plasticization, small shear ratio, high output and long service, etc. The production line consists of conical twin screw extruder, calibrating platform, haul-off, cutting machine, lamination machine and stacker, UV coating.
The main machine adopts ABB inverter, SIEMENS PLC, the temperature controller is OMRON brand. The vacuum pump and motor of haul-off are excellent products, which are easy to maintenance, when change the screw, barrel and mould, the production line is able to produce wood like foamed profiles, which has better performance than the single screw extruder.
