Operation details:
1, start the motor, check whether running normal, feed check each file outsourcing, the size of the rubber and plastic cable diameter by root feed in turn.

3, if the feed after deep and broken wires occurred, pay attention to the following conditions:
(1), the feeding should be adjusted, the blade on both sides of the shaft above the M12 screw pressure tightness;
(2), to check whether the position is put wrong when feed;
(3), Blade is the new change, not to be too sharp edge, application of special oil stone a little nap, moderate so far.
4, if the incoming material, rubber and plastic has been opened, but copper wire can't spit out. There are mainly four points:
(1), the shaft knurled too deep, application of special oil stone grinding on the shaft, but cannot too much grinding, too much grinding cause oily cable is difficult to drive;
(2), the spring pressure is too loose, it should be pressure tight, can spit the check;
(3), smaller diameter of wire or the axial clearance of up and down, the more the two axial clearance should be set to 0. 4-0. 6 mm
(4), the processing of rubber and plastic cable has fever, copper wire can't spit out
5, if, after feeding pressure transmission cable transmission in the past, can not be expected to stay in the middle, the case has the following several ways:
(1), check the gear belt for relaxation phenomenon;
(2), check the pressure profile on both sides of the spring pressure is too tight, no jacking force, should relax the pressure;
(3), cable oily is too much, makes the axial sliding, often should dry two axis, (when, if the machine is in operation, please pay attention to safety).
