Airflow sawdust dryer is used to dry wet powder and adopts screw conveyor to transfer them into drying drum. The moisture in the raw material will be fully evaporation when convey and spread through high speed and hot air.
The machine is Mainly made up of the air heater, feeder, air drying tube, cyclone separator, fan, etc.

3. Simple structure, small area occupy and easy to build and maintain
4. Big capacity, high thermal efficient.
5. Application:rice husk, sawdust, crushed wood shavings, tree branch, wood chips etc. Granular materials.(diameter less than 3cmm, length less than 5mm)
6. Production capacity: when hot air temperature is 180℃, the machine can dry the raw material reach 10% mositure.
7. Heating fuel: wood, coal, steam and electricity
