Introduction:
1.This coal extrusion machine uses the principle of spiral extrusion, compressed the prepared pulverized coal into a certain intensity of cylinder or plum-flower shaped through extruding.
2. Coal briquette extruder is the main equipment in the system of molding fuel,it squeeze powdered coal into a certain hardness coal briquette sticks (various shapes according to customer's requirements),in place of block coal,it can make full use of coal dust to reduce fuel cost.
Working principle:
This charcoa bar stick making machine is an ideal equipment to make charcoal or coal powder into stick or briquette.
Use the working principle of high pressure, this machine can squeeze powdering coal/charcoal into a certain high density shape: hexagon, pentagon, triangle, square, etc, according to the requirement of the client.
Charcoal making process:
1.Crush the raw material into powder, the more higher the fineness rate is the more smooth the final product is.
2.Use a mix machine to blend the raw material with binder
3.Put the prepared raw material into the charcoal stick making machine, then you will get your dreaming product.
