3-5ton/day sesame skin huller machine, sesame skin removing machine
sesame bean peeler machine is widly used in the sesame butter processing, to peel the sesame skin and then for deep use;
for the sesame peeler machine when working for peeling the sesame skins, there are three steps working:
1.Soaking processing:to soak the sesame with soda hot water. the mixer part will mix ups and downs, then make the sesame soak well with the soda water;
2.peeling processing:with the working process of friction beween the sesame, and also sesame with the mixer, then peel the sesame fruit with the skin;
3.skin and fruit separating processing:with the separator function take some and leave some, to make the sesame skin run out of the machine, while the fruit will be stopped inside the machine, to get the separator work.
