This plucker is dedicated device for chickens ,there are 4 main parts: Depilation, regulation section, guide part, spray part.
Principal part is stainless steel 304

De-feather Machine consists of four boxes .Each line has 16 plates .Total 6 lines with 96plates
The frame adopt stainless steel material.stable transmission and Flexible and convenient for the working box.The lifting equipment flexible and convenient to adjust,easy to clean and maintain.guide mechanism can let the poultry into the machine smoothly and relative localization.The cleaning mechanism can wash away the feather anytime,it is the best equipment to process for the chicken and other poultry.
The method to change the rubber tile of the A-line shape depilating machine
1.take apart the block gine,hold on the block gine which need to take apart use the left hand.Use right hand hold a middle size slot type screwdriver ,put it in the side of the block gine and then pry up ,can take out the bad block gine.
2.Install the block gine,Left hand hold the block gine which need to install,Right hand hold the middle size slot type screwdriver,put the block gine in the corresponding holes .use the slot type screwdriver according the side put the bock gine in the holes and finish installation.
