1.Before you put the poultry into the barrel ,please make sure the poultry in 58-61 degree hot water ,scalding uniform.
2.Turn on the plucker machine,put the scaled poultry into the barrel ,different capacity ,different quantiry
3.In order to guarantee high depilation rate ,you can add some water to the barrel during plucking .
4.About 1.5min chicken feather can be plucked clean,the depilation rate is more than90-98%
The method to change the rubber tile of the feather plucker machine
1.take apart the block gine,hold on the block gine which need to take apart use the left hand.Use right hand hold a middle size slot type screwdriver ,put it in the side of the block gine and then pry up ,can take out the bad block gine.
2.Install the block gine,Left hand hold the block gine which need to install,Right hand hold the middle size slot type screwdriver,put the block gine in the corresponding holes .use the slot type screwdriver according the side put the bock gine in the holes and finish installation.
