Pellet mill is consists of three layers: the speed-adjustable feeder, the conditioner, the ring die pellet machine.
1.Feeder and conditioning device, the feeding chute adopt stainless steel material, durable;
2.Feeding system adopts electromagnetic speed regulating control, speed control, convenient and full capacity to adapt to the different material requirements;
3.Host drive with high precision gear drive, ring die adopt anchorear type and disassembly is convenient;
4.Security, has a strong magnetic magnet and overload protection device such as a safe and reliable;
5.Compact structure, beautiful appearance, high yield, less consumption, easy to use, maintenance and quick.
2. Latest Research 250 Artificial Poultry Feed Pellet Production line Working principle and main features:
♣ The feeder can ensure the full load working of the pellet mill according to the control box. This design can prevent energy from wasting.
♣The conditioner is connected with the steam supply. Then the powder feeds are softened and cured for easier pelletizing.
♦The output is higher 20% than belt drive. The device can prevent steam from spraying.
♦The material of the door is stainless steel. So it can be prevented from corroding and has long useful life.
♦Adopt international advanced piping system and import pressure regulating valve.
♦Permanent magnet device with high performance.
