III.Working principle and process detail:
1.Material come from belt conveyor and then into the storage,screw conveyor feed material automaticllly to the pellet forming chamber
2.In the forming chamber ,two gear and mold help to form and press pellet,Gear rotate to press pellet come out surround.
3.Automatic cutting machine arround the mold ,which can cut pellet automaticly,it can also adjust the length of pellet .
4.During the process ,the oil supply device can lubricate the gear and mold.
IV. Raw material required:
1. All kinds of biomass material,or farm waste ,such as cotton stalk,corn straw,wheat straw,sawdust,peanut shell,rice husk,animal manure.
2.Moisture of material should <15%,material size should <6-10mm
V. Pellet features
1.Pellet is new-style energy which is renewable, environmental protection,it is also clean and low cost.
2.Pellet (biomass pellet,wood pellet) is widely usedin heating, biomass boiler, household gasification furnace, industrial boiler, hotels, restaurants, bath in industries as heat source,instead of coal in boiler burning,avoid the pollution of burning the coal ,also being used as industial fuel.
3.High density from 1-1.6g/cm3,easy to store and transportation,Calorific value can be 3500-5500Kilocalorie.
4.Biofuel can instead of coal for biomass power generation.

VIII. Complete machines to produce pellet
1. Crushing process:
Wood crusher which can crushed the raw material into sawdust shape ,under 6mm,which is suitable for the dryer and pellet machine.It can crush straw,stalk,tree branches,nutshell,wood shavings,wood waste board,leaves,palm fiber ,etc.
2. Dring process
Air flash wood dryer or drum wood dryer which can dry the material under the moisture of 8%,which is suitable for pellet forming.The dryer use hot air accompany with material and evaporated rapidly .
3. Machines to produce pellet :
Machines to produce pellet can convert the biomass material into pellet ,the length can be customed.
4.Cooling process
You can use a cooling fan or cool it by nature about half or one hour,or cooled pellet by cooler machine.
5.Packing and bagger:
After cooling the semi-automatic quantative packing machine can pack the pellet into bag with quantative weight.
PELLET LINE FOR LARGER CAPACITY PER HOUR
This is the pellet line for larger capacity, 3 sets of pellet machine as one unit. MXKJ-9S-3 Pellet machine, its capacity is 1.2-1.5t/h, so 3 sets of MXKJ-9S-3 will be 3.6-4.5 ton/h per hour per unit.
Bucket elevator lift the sawdust to scraper conveyor ,the scraper conveyor divide them to three pellet machine,the pellet machine produce pellet ,then the pellet collect conveyor convey the pellet to cooler
