Discription of pellet making machine
- Double mold layer,flat location,gear rotation ,Grease pump can lubricat two gear and bear automatically,make sure it has a long workig time ,16hours two shiftis ok .
- High capacit :Host power 90kw make sure it has a capacity at least of 1.2t/h,usually 1.5t/h.
- It can produce 250t-312t per month every shift( 8h ) ,If two shift (16h) can produce 500-624t/month,the calculate is based on 26 workingdays per month.
- According to your requirement We can supply you crusher,dryer,cooler,packing machine .
- Motor drived by Reducer box ,which can support big power to press the pellet.
- Adopts several time relay :make sure the machine can feed material and produce pellet according to the woking environment
Material of pellet making machine price
1.Wood,cotton stalk,straw,rice husk,animal manure,palm fiber ,wood,bamboo,etc.
2.Materal Moisture<12% ;Material size <6mm.

1. Bucket elevator:Lift the sawdust or material in to the silo of scraper conveyor.
2. Scraper conveyor:Divide the sawdust to silo of three pellet mahine
3. Pellet machine:Press the pellet
4. Pellet collect conveyor:Collect the pellet and conveyor it to pellet storage
5. If produce 6mm pellet ,use the MXKJ-9S-1 pellet machine ,this line has capacity of 2.4t/h ,if produce 8mm pellet the capacity is 3t .
