IV.Working Principle and Process Detail:
1.Through the belt conveyor , the materialsget into the storage, then screw conveyor in the storage will feed material to the pellet forming chamberautomatically and orderly
2.In the forming chamber ,two gear and mold help to form and press pellet,Gear rotate to press pellet come out surround.
3.Automatic cutting equipmentaround the mold ,which can cut pellet automatically,it can also adjust the length of pellet .
4.During the process ,the oil supply device can lubricate the gear ,mold and bearings of the molds.
5. The maintaince: The machine belongs to high tech , full automatic machine which do not need Artificial maintenance , in order to keep the machine work well, the only thing need to do is making sure the grease cylinderalways full of engineoil.
VI. Pellet Features
1.Strawcoal is a kind of newstyle energy with renewable, environmental protection, high efficiency and low cost.
2.Pellet (biomass briquette,biomass pellet,wood pellet) is widely used in heating, biomass boiler, household gasification furnace, industrial boiler, hotels, restaurants, bath in industries as heat source,instead of coal in boiler burning,avoid the pollution of burning the coal ,also being used as industrial fuel.
3.High densityfrom1cm3 to 1.6g/cm3,easy to store and transportation,Calorific value can be 3500-5500Kilocalorie.
4.Pellets can instead of coal for Biomass Power Plant. And it can also be used as feed for animals , with small densit(less than1cm3 and large capacity , and diameter 6mm.
Raw Materials
The Operation Procedure of Henan Fumin machine to make wood pellets
1.Crushing process
Wood crusher which can crushed the raw material into sawdust shape ,under 6mm,which is suitable for the dryer and pellet machine.It can crush straw,stalk,tree branches,nutshell,wood shavings,wood waste board,leaves,palm fiber ,etc.
2.Dring process
Air flash wood dryer or drum wood dryer which can dry the material under the moisture of 8%,which is suitable for pellet forming.The dryer use hot air accompany with material and evaporated rapidly .

4.Cooling process
You can use a cooling fan or cool it by nature about half or one hour
5.Packing and bagger
After cooling the semi-automatic quantative packing machine can pack the pellet into bag with quantative weight.
