Discription of biomass pellet production line :
1.Pellet chamble is level location ,pellet come out around the mold as a concentric,a scraper will cut the pellet around the mold and pull the pellet to the discharge mouth .
2.Mold with double layer ,one layer mold worn out ,We can turn over it and use the other layer ,When produce it use the under layer ,make sure the gear has enough strength to press sawdust out the mold hole.
3.Two gear rotation ,mold fixed ,gear press pellet ,not mold rotation ,which is more resonable.
4.Biomass pellet machine has grease pump which can supply oil to two gear and bearing ,make sure they can work at a stable temperature and work continuously.
5.Mold with special stainless steel (Mold steel) make sure at least 1000t life time.
Material of biomass pellet production line :
1.Wood,cotton stalk,straw,rice husk,animal manure,palm fiber ,EFB,wood,bamboo,etc.
2.Materal Moisture<12% ;Material size <6mm.
