multi-function wood crusher
Material can be wood log ,wood chipper ,wood waste ,straw ,palm fiber ,all biomass material ,after crushed the material would be sawdust or powder shape ,which can make pellet or briquette .
Working principle
Material feed through the belt conveyor of wood chipper ,then the big material would be chipped first ,then the material become small chips ,and then come to the second part of the machine (Grinder /hammer crusher) ,After two step process the material would get the standard of small size .
For example
First step :Wood log feed by manual on the belt conveyor ,then it charge in automatic ,then discharge the photo II (Wood chips)
Second step:Wood chips (II) discharge by chipper then directly come into the Grinder(Hammer mill).
Third step:Wood chips crushed by the hammer crusher ,and then changed in to powder shape sawdust .
