"Straw Coal" Introduction
"Straw Coal" refers to the fuel which is made through grinding, pressing, increasing density with stalk and solid waste as raw material, for example: the corn stalks, wheat straw, cotton stalks, rice straw, rice husk, peanut shell, corn cob, branches, leaves, sawdust and other crops in rural areas , solid waste, furfural-residue, edible fungus dregs,and Chinese herbal medicine residue etc.
"Straw Coal" features:
After forming the straw charcoal, the fuel boast smaller size with greater weight, high burning rate , easy to store and convenient to transport, and its density is 0.9-1.4g / cm3, and the density of the coal is about 1.3 g/cm3, and its calorific value can reach about 3500-5500 kilocalorie, and the calorific value of the ordinary coal is about 2500-6000 kilocalorie , so it can be called as high-volatile solid fuels and replace the bulk coal .

Working principle of Factory-outlet Straw Fuel Briquetting Machine:
1. Forming principle: with the interaction of the pressure between flat-die and pinch-roller and the friction of die hole taper ,the raw materials can be formed by the self-bounded fiber of the straw materials without any added bonding agent.
2. Wide Material adaptable: adapt to a variety of biomass materials in shape, raw straw material with the length from powder to 50mm and the moisture content10-30% all can be processed.
3. Electric heating function: full automatic electric heating device can meet the needs of forming temperature and auto-add raw materials to machines and adjust the density of finished products.
4. Wheel pressure automatic adjustment function: the use of Bi-direction Thrust bearing principle to adjust the pressure angle automatically, so that the molding machine can avoid raw material squeezing and does not work ,to ensure the stability of forming products.
5. Easy Operation: with high degree of automation, only three people are enough, it is both ok to load materials manually and automatic loading by conveyor.
6. Process of the entire link: raw materials acquisition → crushing → softening →convey to the briquetting machine → forming the shape of cylinder→put the finished product in storage
