Equipment

1. Main machine of the tablet press is converted from a 100T press, with stroke per minute 21 times. It is an optimum equipment with low power and high pressing capacity.

2. Die carrier and moulding board have go through heat treatment process. In particular, the moulds to be contacted with materials are made of titanium alloy, with dual advantages of wear and corrosion resistances.

Process flow of tablets:

Clean Granules  (8-30 mesh)→add release agent and mix fully →feed material, press tablet and drop automatically →brush the tablet manually →finished product →measurement and package
