Rotary drum dryer/agricultural fertilizer machine
Dryer is used for material with a certain degree of moisture and granularity ore dressing, construction, and metallurgy and chemical plant. The rotary dryers are widely used for a wide variety of materials with easy-to-operate and easy to maintain. This series drier is used for drying materials with humidity or granularity in the industries of mineral dressing, building material, metallurgy and chemical. Rotating drier can be used for drying many kinds of materials and with convenient and reliable operation; therefore, it has been widely used.
The working principle of the drum dry is:
the main motor drive the belt and belt pulley, through reducer to drive the main Driving shaft, then through the off gear on the main driving shaft and large gear on the main body, the two gear phase gnaw opposite working to let the machine work.
The material enter into the machine from entering side, and then through the main body, at the same time the hot stove install at another side, the hot air is push by the fan from one side to another side, the material is drive to move form one side to another side at the push by the plate. The plate will help the material be raised up equally so that the hot air can dry the material effectively, the dried material will be discharge at the outlet.
It is better you use the machine with the cooling system, so that you can produce continuously.
