- Product Description
Pelletizing is the process of making logs into solid fuel. the final solid fuel pellets is clean, pleasant and smooth, and its density is more than 1.0 g/m3. The objects are used for burning purposes. Wood Pellet can be made from any type of agro-forestry waste: Groundnut-shell , Sugarcane Biogases ,Caster Shells/Stalk , Saw dust , Coffee Husk , Paddy Straw , Sunflower Stalk , Cotton Stalks , Tobacco waste Mustard Stalk , Jute waste , Bamboo Dust , Tea waste ,Wheat Straw , Palm husk , Soybeans husk , Coir Pitch Barks/Straws , Rice Husks , Forestry wastes , Wood Chips and many other Agro wastes.

1. The biomass energy pellet production line includes the cutter or wood chipper, crusher, drier, mixer, pellet mill, cooler, screener, packing machine and other supporting machines in the plant.
2. The wood pellet production line is a new complete line. it is good at making wood pellets.

1. Drying Process:
The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 14-16%. Our new Rotary Dryer is made up of Burning Stove and Main Rotary Dryer, which can realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%, and save about 30% energy consumption .Our burning stove is fueled by coal and wood material, which can save electricity consumption largely. If the users want to use the other fuel such as gas and electricity, one Burner is necessary, but the extra cost will be charged.
2. Crushing Process:
Depending on the different input material, we fit out the suitable Crushing machines. If the raw material is big logs with diameter less 300mm or big timber cutter, our BX-Series Chipping and Crushing Machine is your best choices; While SFSP-series Hammer Mill is widely used to crush each kind of straw, wood chip, tree branch, bark and leftover bits from agricultural wastes. The best moisture content in the Crushing Process is less 20%, and the thickness of the wood chip is less 5mm.
If the moisture of wood chips is more than 20%, please first dry the wood chips using drum dryer.
3. Pelletizing Process:
Wood Pellet Mill is the most important equipment, which have the following features:
1). This equipment use sawdust, crops straw (corn stalk, beanstalk, sorghum culm and cotton stalk, rape stalk, sunflower culm and peanuts seedling), the chaff, grass, shrubs, twigs, bamboo sawdust, bag asse as raw materials.
2). The main transmission adopts two motors belt transmission, ring die adopt advanced fast discharge type.
3). Adopt international advanced alloy steel ring die, long lifetime, pellets smoother, quality higher.
4). The international advanced level of power transfer coupling, with novel structure, compact, security, low noise, low fault performance.
5). High-energy permanent magnet absorb iron device.
6). adujustale cutting knife , more convenient and reliable.
4. Cooling Process:
After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 15%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3-4% moisture, so this wood pellet is easy to store.
But considering the feedback from some foreign clients, the local climate is very humidity; They hope to cool the wood pellet with moisture 7-8%. In order to satisfy the different need from different clients, we proide certain cooler to the customer.
5. Packing Process:
After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp. The packing process is necessary. In this process, we adopt domestic best Packing Machine.
