Brief inroduct of hot sale high efficiency pine wood shavings pellet making machine:
1. Main engine drives with high precision gear, ring die in quick detaching encirling hoop type, output 20% higher than belt drive.
2. Equipped with steam automatic regulatory system to keep refining temperature constant.
3. The complete machine transmission parts include electric motor with Switzerland "SKF" high quality bearing, to ensure high-efficiency, stable and low noise drive.
4.Larger type strengthened feeding conditioner in entire stainless steel with frequent speed controlling, to ensure the high quality of pellet feed.
5. Adopt international advanced ring die processed by heat treatment vacuum furnace, lengthen useful life and pellet is smooth with high quality.
6. International advanced level compensated serpentine spring coupling, novel and compact structure, safe, low noise and low machinery failure.
7. Adopt international advanced piping system and import pressure regulating valve.
8. With full stainless steel door, flume, and pull cutter which is convenient, reliable.
