The collection and wrapping happens while driving to the next bale or to the stacking site. The machine is equipped with a film cutter - grabber, which limits the involvement of the user to loading a new roll of film. After wrapping the bale can be inverted and stood on end with the use of the bale on end kit, which reduces the risk of damaging of the film.
It is equipped with a 500 mm and 750 mm universal film pre-stretcher. The loading arm and the roller spacing are adjustable which allows for the wrapping of bales sized 1200x1200 and 1200x1500 mm. The wrapper is equipped with a rotation system of the wheel axle, which on the one hand results in a smaller size of the machine during transport and on the other more stability during operation (greater machine width).
Special construction of the four driving rollers prevents the bale from sliding during wrapping.
Direct transfer of power to the special bearing of the turntable results in quiet operation and more reliable usage compared to standard chain drives.
The operation is controlled from the tractor cab through levers controlling 3 point hydraulics equipped with Bowden links.
The wrapper also has a programmable counter displaying the current number of bale wrappings, time of operation, number of bales, and an average number of bales per hour. The counter can work independently on three items.
