Introduction of wood chips making machine
* BX series drum wood chipper is widely used in particle board factory,high density fiberboard factory, stubble factory, biomass powder plant, wood factory etc. Industries, especially used in preparation before production.
* Drum wood chipper is the special chip working machine, there are two or three four fly blades fixed into the blade roller by pressure and special bolts. The feeding roller can float up in a certain range with the help hydraulic system according to the different chips thickness,The cutting down qualified material drop out though screen mesh and discharge from bottom,the large material will be cut inside again.
* Hydraulic system: Supply oil to cylinder by hand oil pump,you can start the cover shell for replace blades conveniently.When maintain and repair you can uplift the feeding roller assembly for good conveniently adjust the fly blades,bottom blades gap and dismantle comb plate.
Features of wood chips making machine
A. This machine with advanced design and structure, processing high quality wood chips. |
B. It is consist of main machine, knife roller, knife blades, feeder, conveyor, hydraulic pressure system, etc. Machine body is welded by high strength steel plate forming the integrated support base. |
C. Knife roller with 2-4 knifes which can be adjusted up and down based on the thickness of wood chips required. Qualified chips come down through the screener and outlet, but big block will return to crushing room for second processing. |
D. The hydraulic system is consist of oil pump, hydro cylinder, which can start up the cover for blades changes and maintenance. |
E. The machine is suitable for processing of wood waste and other waste materials such as density board, straw etc. |
