It’s suitable for drying powdered and granular materials, such as starch, tapioca flour, gluten, flour additives, fish meal, distillers grains, corn gluten, grass, grass meal, titanium dioxide, activated carbon, sodium fluoride, fluorite mine, silica powder, synthetic resin, calcium phosphate, biomycin, sodium silicate, dextrose, sodium sulfate, sulfide ore, phosphate rock, fused phosphate, ferric oxide, calcium carbonate, ilmenite, iron oxide , potato granules, tea meal, medicine, pharmacy, coal, wood saw powder.
Features of wood chips airflow dryer:
1 Different dry ingredients: rice husk, sawdust and crushed foam flowers, branches, wood chips and other granular materials (diameter less than 3mm, length is less than 5mm).
2, High production efficiency: when the hot air is 180 °C, 35% relative humidity of the sawdust/rice hulls to 10% relative humidity and dried hot air temperature is not lower than 180 °C, up to 300 °C.
3, Short drying time and high drying intensity. The contact time of raw materials and air is very short, drying time is generally 0.5~5s, it cannot affect the quality of heat sensitive and low melting point materials.
4.Various fuel sources: firewood (chopped firewood), coal, steam or electric heating.
