auotomatic pan feeding system
Pan feeding system is to convey feed in hopper to feed pan one by one. When the feed pan is fulfilled, the control pan is sensed and then stop the working motor,and when the feed in pan is eaten up, the control pan restart the motor to working again and delivery feed to pan one by one.
1.Automatic main feeding line system
Working principle:
By using this system, the feed can be conveyed from the silo or manpower hopper into each feeding line in
your chicken houses. There is one feed sensor at the end of main feed line, which controls on/off of the motor automatically to achieve the aim of automatic feeding. The system can reduce labor intensity effectively,
one chicken house just need one breeder/worker.
Main silo feeding system
The feed is stored in the silo, so as to save large amount of package, also to ensure the health of feed.
Different specifications of silos are alternative to choose according to the daily consumption. Material of silo consist of galvanized sheet and glass fiber reinforced plastic.
manpower hopper feeding syetem
If you just build one or two chicken house and your house size is not too large, we suggest you to use hopper
instead of silo to save cost.
