Walking type straw baling machine/ straw baler
Applications:
This straw collecting and baling machine is widely used in collecting and bundling dry and green grass,
straw, wheat stalk, corn stalk. It is convenient for transportation, reserve and deep processing, and it
is match with envelop machine to achieve the enveloping of ensile.
Working theory:
This mini hay baler machine is suitable for the tractor with more than 18-45 horse power. This machine
is composed of the picking system, rolling pressing system, threading system and bale locating system
which bales the soft culm and grasses (rice straw, wheat straw, grass etc) fully automatic. The finished
density of the bale is about 90kg/m³.
Procedure:
The Power conveyor driven shaft releases the power to bundling machine's power-input shaft through
universal drive shaft, chain sprocket, and rotary platen system and picking system. Hydraulic power
driving joint controls the cylinder piston to enable the bale putting. The baling machine is already adjusted
into the suitable height. When the machine is going along with the tractor, the hay is picked into rotary
platen chamber and rotating bigger and bigger, then get into very tight round bale. When the density of the
bale is OK, the alarming system will start to sound, driver should stop forwarding, push the threading clutch.
When find the speed of threading is faster, looses clutch, keeps the power conveyor driven shaft working to
start thread. Driver should pull the hydraulic controlling stick to change the direction of the hydraulic valve,
and then the cylinder will work and throw the bale out. After throwing the bale out, correct the hydraulic
valve, open rear rack to forwarding again for the second cycle.
