Introduction:

(1) This rotary dryer is mainly used to dry powder, pellets, sawdust and other small materials. Different material will have different capacity, but the capacity can not influence the drying quality;

(3) This dryer also can be changed according to the nature of the different materials, so that the material inside the dryer drum can form a stable full cut curtain fabric, quality heat exchange is more fully;

Working principle:

Material to be dried enters the dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer. When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the dryer, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapor to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dried.
