The overview of the Vegetable Processing Machine Vegetable washing Equipment
This is our specific designed machine for washing vegetables. Its principle is: by the stirring power produced by air flow and water flow, that machine can wash vegetables completely. Inject water inside the washing case before operation. Therere many air pipe under the machine.
The air bubble jumps into water from the pump, which forms waves to wash vegetables. Therere also some spraying pipes on the machine to wash once again the vegetables from water case.
This Machine replaces human labor and simplifies procedures. The whole machine is made of 304# stainless steel (except motor, electric apparatus and axes). It fits the health & sanitary requirements of food processing industry, with features of easy operation, low noise and high efficiency.

This machine could be called bubble washing machine or air bubble washing machine. It is mainly used to wash & clean vegetables, fruits, aquatic product and medicinal materials, such as tomatoes, spinach, celery, cucumber, cabbage, etc. The whole machine is made by full stainless steel. It is the special machine for washing & cleaning food.
The vegetable and fruit in the water channel is scattered, rolled, cleaned and delivered under high pressure water and powerful bubble. The sand will fall to Isolation warehouse on the bottom and don't cause pollution again. The debris and worms on the water will be collected by net. And the brush roller can clean the thread let, hair and so on. Then the cleaned vegetable and fruit will be doing spray cleaning again.
