Cubic Mushroom Steam Autoclave
The differences between the cubic sterilization pot and the traditional type:
1. The actual volume of one cubic sterilization pot equal as two sets of traditional pots.
For example, the capacity of one 5m³cubic sterilization pot is equal to two 1200*3600 type traditional pots.
2 parallel - moving door structure can achieve automatic production, through the chain can realize food automatically loads or unloads,
thus to improve production efficiency.
3. The bottom of the sterilization pot is the same level with outside ground. It is more convenient and labor-saving to push into or pull out the cart which is filled with food.
4. Under the same production, the cubic sterilization pot occupies a much smaller area and with less energy consumption,
labor intensity will be reduced also.
5. The length of the cubic sterilization pot can be adjusted according to customers’ requirements, capacity from 5 m ³ to 48 m ³is available.
