Application
White rice (various type), millet, glutinous rice, black rice, wheat and other grains color sorting.
Features
1. Adopting 2048 pixels high-accuracy linear CCD camera, professional images acquisition and processing system can process images' parameters at high speed.
2. Bus structure ensures high consistency of signal, strong anti-interference capability, better stability and more simplified structure.
3. Minimum discolor area of 0.08 mm2 can be accurately identified, and the checking area is adjustable according to sorting requirement.
4. Both flat type and channels type U-shaped chutes are available, hence the color sorter can sort many other grains and granules.
5. Embeded operation system, user-friendly interface, convenient operation.
