♥ Operation Instruction
♥ 1. Selection
1.1 When the multi-light-milling is operated, select the big size (24#, 30# and 36#) for the 1st process, the middle size (36# and 46#) for the 2nd process, and the small size (46# and 60#) for the 3rd process;
1.2 When the higher accuracy of rice milling is required, select narrower or shallower spiral groove or straight groove wheels;
1.3 When the high output of rice milling is required, select the thread, deeper or wider wheel;
1.4 When the high-water rice is processed, select the deeper and wider wheel.
♥ 2. Installation, Replacing and Maintenance
2.1 Knock the wheel with a wooden hammer to check before your installation. It is forbidden to install if any clatter or hoarse is heard.;
2.2 Make the wheel race for five minutes before operating;
2.3 The linear velocity must be limited under 20m/s;
2.4 The wheel packed alone and used in group shoul be installed according to the order of the serial number;
2.5 When the output of rice milling is reduced, it will be restored by opening the rice milling room and poolishing the spiral groove;
2.6 When the accuracy is drawdown, open the rice milling room and poolish the surface to modify the concave surface with an angle grinder;
2.7 It should be moved lightly, avoiding collision, and put in the place of antifreeze and moisture-proof. Don’ put it with oil or acid-base.
