FQNB—72/43 Type Mud Pump Sets
Overview:
FQNB -72/43 type mud pump set is mainly applicable for oil field flooding operations
by water plugging and for cementing plug operations in oilfield workover.
It can also be used for the operations of channel blocking, well washing, sand removal and well cementing.
Structure features:
1. The pump set is powered by WD618G-2 type diesel engine with maximum power of 297KW, which has the sufficient power and is suitable for the field work conditions of oil-field.
3. The gearbox of the pump set is the LV301 type three speed hydraulic clutch gearbox produced by Hangzhou Advance Gearbox Group Co., Ltd. By the gearbox, the flow and pressure can be adjusted at any times with high accuracy, good reliability and easy operation.
4. The driven pump of the set has the reasonable structure with high durability and perfect performance. The skid-mounted structure is used for easy mobile operations of the pump set.
Technical Parameters:
1. Engine model is WD618G-2 with the rated power of 297kw and the rated speed of 1800 rpm.
2. The gearbox is the LV301 type three speed hydraulic clutch gearbox.
3. The planetary gear speed reducer has the transmission ratio of 6.88.
4. The parameters of the pump set are as follows. Its max working pressure is 40Mpa. The plunger diameter is 100mm. The max displacement is 60-72 m3/h. The stroke is 160mm. The overall dimensions are 2000×4500×2000. The total weight is 7500kg. The volume of the fuel tank is 200L.
