30KN marine electric capstan is driven by electric motor,its mechanical part consists of reducer assemble,capstan and mounting base,summary as following:
1.Capstan assembly
It consists of main shaft,roller bearing,capstan,and so on,the capstan is casted,connect to main shaft by key.
2.Reduce assembly
Capstan is driven by motor ,transferred to capstan shaft by four stages gears,the bearings and gears inside are lubricated by oil.
3.Mounting base
The mounting base is welded by steel plate,as a frame,when installing ,weld to connect base.
The electric control system can control the electric motor of capstan ,its components is electric control box,master controller,electric motor
