1) Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our company mainly deals with bulk production, MOQ is 10,000pcs. if you want to start a project and want to test the project if going possible, we can accept 1000pcs if we have in stocks.
2) Q: What payment methods your company accept?
A: We accept most of the payment methods include T/T,L/C,Western Union,Paypal, MoneyGram and Alibaba online payment.
3) Q: How long is the warranty time for your products?
A: Our officially promised warranty time is one whole year after delivery at best.
4) Q: I haven't done business with you guys before,how can i trust your company?
A: Our company register by China government, Golden member has been in for 2 years, which have got quite a lot authority certificates.
5) Q: What's the shipment terms and delivery time of your company?
A: Well, they depends on the quantity of your order. 10000pcs order 7 days, 100,000pcs order 15 days. 1000,000pcs order 30 days.
The shipment time by DHL/UPS/FedEx is 3-7 working days after delivery.
By sea 15~30days after loading.
6) Q: Do you give any discount ?
A: Sign a year cooperating contract, we can give you a rate percent discount from the next order, it depend on the quotation price.
7) Q: I would like to ask you if it's possible to have my logo on the product.
A: We provide customized logo service.
8) Q: Is it possible to you to provide the programming or encoding service?
A: Yes, it is possible.
9) Q: How much for programming or encoding service?
A: It depeond on your programming or encoding requirements.Example for URL, the cost is USD 0.008/pcs, for text is USD 0.015/pcs.
