3,The Main Part of High Efficiency Seasame Oil Making Plant
Raw materials feeder : the raw materials can go to the oil press machine through the feeder .
Vacuum filter : the crude oil go to the vacuum filter . In the filter , the pgysical impurities will be removed
, which make the crude oil very clean and can be cooking directly .
Cake outlet : after the oil pressing section , the raw materials will be divided into two parts , one part
is vegetable oil and the other part is raw materials cake . The cake can be used for animal feed
Control panel : in the control panel , there are several buttons . The heating system can make the
temperature of pressing environment about 120 degree , which can make perfect pressing section
working environment . When the temperature is higher than 120 degree , the heating system will be cut
off automatically . The design of heating system can guarantee the service life of the oil press machine .

6,Working Principle of High Efficiency Seasame Oil Making Plant
Under the combined effects of several forces, such as the pressure generated as the space in the squeeze
chest becoming smaller, the propulsion of the revolving spiral axes, the resistance of the multilateral arc
curves on the squeeze loops, the extrusion & friction between the oil plants, oil squeezed from the oil
plants comes out from the squeeze bars and the grooves of the squeeze loops. The residue is conveyed
to the end of the press chest and discharges in thin strips of oil cake from the space between the cake
adjuster and the loop for cake out. Then the whole separation process of oil from oil plants is completed.
7,Operation Process of High Efficiency Seasame Oil Making Plant
1)Prepare raw materials
2)Adjust the machine, i.e. checking electricity, beginning heating (if it is cold pressing,heating is not needed.)
3)Open the machine, put seeds into the hopper.
4)Seeds flowed from hopper into screw bolt, pressing begins.
5)While pressing of oilseeds, crude oil flowed thought the board then into the vacuum filters; and cakes
discharged from outlet;
6)Once finished oil pressing, press stop button, then operation finished.
8,Feature of High Efficiency Seasame Oil Making Plant
1)Wide application: ideal machine for pressing various oil seeds, such as peanut, soybean, sesame,
flax seed, etc;
2)High oil yield : the oil output is 35% - 50% higher than common oil press.
3)Low residual: the oil residual in cake is only about 5%.
4)Little land occupancy: only 10-20 square meter is enough.

11,Shiping of High Efficiency Seasame Oil Making Plant
1)Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.
Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box.
Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2)The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack a
ll of them. The motor, gear box or other easilydamaged parts, we will put them into box. We have
