Vegetable or grain seed treater
The 5BY-5B Vegetable or grain seed treater is very suitable for coating vegetable and grain seed, such as seed of wheat, barley, maize, sorghum, soybeans, cotton, chili, grass, etc.
Principle: The seeds go into the mixed box through the elevator, then the seeds will evenly spread around by the cone-shaped grain scattering gear, in the scattering process, the medicament will deliver to the centrifugal rotational disk (which in the mixed box) by DOS pump, under the high-speed centrifugal force, medicament will be atomized uniformly and effectively attached to the seed surface, forming an primary coated body, and then the primary coated body go into the blender, that will be mixed round and coated by soft auger, finally exit from the outlet.
Advantages:
High speed centrifugal rotary disk (for atomizing the liquid medicine) and large stainless steel cylinder (for mixing by auger rolling), can have a very good coating effect.
- The Soft Auger in cylinder reduces seed damage when mixing seeds and medicine.
- Measuring pump can adjust the quality and the percentage of the medicine in seeds.
