The5BY-5B seed coater is very good for coating vegetable seed and grain seed, such as seeds of wheat, barley, maize, sorghum, soybeans, cotton, chili, grass, etc.
Principle of 5BY-5B seed coater
Seeds can be continuously fed into mixing cylinder through feeding bucket elevator, at the same time quantitative medicine liquid will be supplied by dosing pump, and then atomized by the high speed centrifugal rotary disk, following adhere to the surface of seeds, at the end completely mixed by the auger in the cylinder.
High speed centrifugal rotary disk (for atomizing the liquid medicine) and large stainless steel cylinder (for mixing by auger rolling), can have a good coating effect.
