Application of 5XZ-3 Wheat Gravity Table Separator :
5XZ-3 lotus seed gravity separator is used to separate seed and grain with same size but difference in specific weight. it is blowing type gravity separator .
5XZ-3 gravity separator can efficiently remove immature seed, insect damaged seed, sick seed, etc.
The 5XZ-3 gravity separator is suitable for efficient grading all cereals, grains, pulses, beans and seeds of all crops such as coffee bean, wheat, paddy, barely, maize, millets, sunflower seed, soybean, oilseeds, sesame etc
Function of 5XZ-3 Wheat Gravity Table Separator :
The gravity separator has dust cover, and between the dust cover and sieve deck, there are soft connection parts.
The air volume is provided by four indenpendent mute air blower, and the air distribution uniformity, reasonable and continuous, the inclination angle of longitudinal and transverse table is adjustable, and has instructions marks.
Using electromagnetic vibrating feeder to feed machine, and above te feeder, there are strorage bin, at the grain discharge side there are vibration conveying groove, and so can discharge the good grain from outlets.
