Artificial Rice Production machine
(1).Nutritional rice production equipment adapts the great situation that our country is carrying out the reinforced handling for the rice and the flour.
(2).It can meet the need that people require the balanced nutrition. Meanwhile it can avoid the following features: high investment in importing the equipment and the high freight.
(3).It has the following features: high degree of automation, saving energy. It takes the rice, millet, black rice,buckwheat and all kinds of corns and cereals as raw material and makes the vitamin, protein and mineral
composition mixed, extruded, then it can become the rice appearance again.
(4).This process is easy and convenient and has the same edible method as the natural rice.
1) Put the rice into the 1.Rice Mill ,whichcrushes the rice to flour.
2) Then 2.Flour mixer is blending the flour with water and something else(if needed)
3) The blended flour is transported to the 4. Single Screw Extruder by 3.Screw conveyor.
4) In 4.Single Screw Extruder,the raw material is processed by extruding and heating.
At last,The products are turned into rice shape by die and the rotary cutting system on the extruder.
5) 5.Vibrating machine conveys the aritificial rices to 6.Air conveyor.
6) 6.Air conveyor carries artificial rice into 7.Rotary Dryer,which is doing the preliminary drying.
7) 8.Belt conveyor connects 7.Rotary Dryer to 9.Oven.In the Oven,the artificial rice are dried completely.
8) 10.Cooling conveyor is cooling the rice that is just coming out from the oven,
andcarrying the rice to the 11.Belt conveyor,which will convey the rice to the 12.Polishing machine
9) 12.Polishing machine is making the finished artificial rice high glossiness, shape standard.
