This CF198 hammer mill is newly developed machine which is endowed with many advantages compared to other kind of crushers such as simple construction, convenient operation, high efficiency, saving power consumption, and safe condition. It is suitable to crush raw and hard materials with big size such as tree branches, bamboo, wood scrap, wood brick,old cardboard and newspaper, straw, crop stalks and corn cobs and so on. After crushing, raw materials are uniform and with proper moisture content to meet further processing. With capacity 100-500 kg/h, it is can surely meet the production requirement in the farms, middle sized feeding factory or family.

Wood grinder mill
Wood grinder mill is the most ideal milling equipment of all kinds of wood piece, straw,
grass, stalk, tree branches, waste cardboard, bamboo, wood scraps, corn stalk, peanut shell,
wheat stalk, wood fuel, cotton stalk, biomass shell and so on. This kind of Wood grinder
mill is widely used in factory, Swine farm, wood factory, etc. Wood grinder mill is
equipped with high carbon steel blade. The raw materials can be crushed into straw
particles, whose diameter is 4-5 mm. The durable hammer mill works with high efficiency and
gains more good reputation from European users.
Main Features
1. With capacity 200 kg---600 kg/h, this hammer mill can satisfy a large production demand on a daily basis.
2. The ability to change screen size, and the option of a variable speed frequency drive control, enable processing a variety of materials using the same hammer mill.
3. Both coarse and fine grinding can be realized through adjusting the gap between hammers and screen.
4. The core part ---the hammer flake is scientifically designed to have two concussion parts, thus when one part is worn out, you can turn over to use the other part.
5. The angle of the screen can be 180° which allows for high throughput at lower power consumption.
6. Equipped with air blower, the crushed material can be directly collected and transported to next machine for further processing.
1: New flat die pellet mill in first use may not produce pellets, because of the low smoothness of mould and bad cooperation in new devices. After using oily material for a period, the pellet machine can run smoothly.
2: The clearance between rollers and dies is too large. You can tighten the screw to narrow the gap to 1.5-2.5 mm.
3: Necessary steps to update a new die or roller shell because of wear and tear caused by long-term service.
4: The material is too wet or too dry, resulting in low productivity. You’d better increase or decrease the moisture to proper rate, generally 13%-16% in raw material.
