Electrical part:
1. The electrical part, parts which are easily connected with the external environment and external electrical equipment use LV 24V power supply to ensure the safety of equipment and person.
2. All main mechanical components and electronic parts in this machine are the top level products of well-known brands at home and abroad. They can operate without noise, have strong durability, high stability, and work for 72 hours without interruption.
3. The thermo-stable solenoid valve adopted by us (matched with solenoid valve for water-supply/drain system in main stadiums for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, i.e."Bird Nest" project and “Water Cube” swimming gym) not only perfectly solves the problem that common solenoid valve cannot be closed arising from high temperature, but also avoids repeatedly adjusting flames due to separately controlled air circuit.
4. Electronic clutch operating button facilitates to realize fast locating (it is also used as emergency stop button).
5. 1.8° stepping motor, with high subdivision driver, more stable running, almost without vibration of the machine
