Single punch calcium vatop tablet press machine
1.Induction of tablet press machine
The machine is suitable for the industries of Chemical, Foodstuff,Electronic and etc.It is used of pressing medicinal tablets,catalysts,sugar tablets,Calcium tablets,Coffee tablets,Powder Metallurgical,Electronic elements and various tablets of pesticide and fertilizer.etc.in such small-batch production,laboratory and hospital fields.Meanwhile,that machine also can press various abnormity and normal tablet,and press the tablets in two sides with printing as well.
How to Use
1.Before connected to electrical power,the motor should be connected to ground to ensure safety.First demolition the V-belt,connected to electrical power,starting the motor,observe motor rotation direction whether correct(Motor shaft rotation direction should be with the protective cover or hand-wheel in the opposite direction of the arrow).If the rotation in the wrong direction,another separate cable connection.Then make V-belt installed.
2.Unloading punch dies and adjustment of tablet press. a,Installation punch dies.b,Putting out the adjustment. c,The adjustment of filling the depth(tablet weight adjusted). d,Pressure adjustment. e,die demolition.
