1, without binder, these machines are mainly used to press raw materials into high-density columnar briquette or blocks (weight: 2-8kg)
2,the raw materials include metal scrap filings(as iron, copper and aluminum ,etc.), metal powders (as iron, aluminum, cooper and lead), smelting additives and sponger iron
3,High density of final product –metal briquette. The density of the cakes or blocks shall be 5 T/m3 or more (the density and weight of briquette varying with the raw materials),
4, saving metal scrap for melting. To melt metal scrap, since high temperature, metal scrap will be blown away by the strong heat air. If the metal scraps be melted directly, it is to waste metal materials. While pressed briquette can be directly placed into furnaces, the iron casting parts quality can reach HT 200- 250.
5,Hydraulic press system .
