1. Introduction
This product is suitable for the quick separation and filter of any powder, gain, liquid in the foodstuff, chemical, pharmaceutical, grinding, ceramic and metals processing. The separating and grading work can be continuous. Unanimous product standard can be got through such separating work.
2. Working Principle
Semi-Cover Rim ceramics rotating screen filter use upright motor as the source of vibration, these consist of specially designed motor which is mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of the screen. Equipped eccentricity hammer on the both sides of motor, change circumrotate to level, upright and incline movement, then pass these three movements to the surface of the screen. Adjust the angle on the both sides of the top and bottom to change the movement orbits of the surface screen.
3. Characteristic
1,Light weight, easy to move and installation, adjustable 360 direction of material flow, wide applicable trade, all kind of powder, liquid is suitable.
2,No blockage at screen. Finest material size is up to 400mesh.
3,Special screen structure, simple to operate and easy to clean.
4,Easy to maintain. It can be used with single layer or multi-layer. The part touched with the raw material is made of stainless steel.
5,The special semi-cover rim type makes the observe convenient and effectively prevent the splashing of materials.
