How does ultrasonic vibrating separator work ???
1.The ultrasonic vibrating separator system components are ultrasonic power source ,electric transducer and syntonic ring.
2.The transducer transfer the high frequency electric vibration produced ultrasonic control device to high frequency sine style lengthways vibration wave----36000 times / second !
3.It passes the vibration wave to the syntonic ring in order to produce sympathetic vibration,and pass the vibration onto the screen surface average.
At the same time of the materials on the surface are doing low frequency vibration,add the ultrasonic vibration ,the screen block will be avoid successfully and improve the capacity and productivity.
