Introduction

Operating Principle
Hengyu BZ high precision ultrasonic vibrating separator is a new product that combined the ultrasonic generator with vibrating screen. The ultrasonic generator transforms the normal power into the high-frequency electrical energy of 35kHz, then using ultrasonic vibrator head to convert the electrical energy---35kHz into mechanical energy to produce ultrasonic vibration that we can't see, so that the material on screen surface always maintain suspension, in this way, we can achieve the purpose of screening and clearing efficiently, and make the screening of ultra-fine powder become an easy task.
Applications
HENGYU BZ high precision micro powder vibrating screen is applied to sieve any powder, granule, liquid screening and filtering of the industry.Such as Alloy powder, aluminum powder, stainless steel powder, quartz powder, malt powder, coffee powder, cathode material and so on.
