Introduction, 200mm analytical standard screen are suitable for particles size analysis of grains, powder or solids content test of the liquid in laboratory and Quality Control Department. It has features of low noise, high efficiency and precision.
The Working Principle, 200 analytical standard screen uses vertical motor to be power source which can make the movement into 3-D movements: horizontal, vertical and incline movement, then the movements to be passed to the screen surface, finally achieve the aim of particles size analysis.
Features, 1. Analytical standard screen is used to determine particle size ranges for materials, whatever particles or powder or liquid. 2. Sieve sizes range from 4 mesh (4750 micron opening) to 500 mesh (25 micron opening) 3. Typically requires 50 – 150 g of sample material.
Functions, Analytical standard screen determines the particle size distribution, whatever particles, powder or liquid.

Please note:
Before using, A. Prior to operate the test sieve shaker, ensure all the components are fastened, no broken on the sieves, no damage on the machine body, electrical cables are connected properly. B. Please check whether the machine model and specification are the same as your order. C. Power supply is the same as shown on the machine plaque. (Tolerance for voltage is +/- 10%).
Be using, A. Make sure the machine has been positioned horizontally B. Check the power and make sure it is in line with the required, check grounding. C. The machine body cannot contact with other things. D. Must use the groove or fixing nut to fix the sieves.
After using, A. Trun off the power B. Clean the screen after operation, place the machine in the right place.
