KY140 Construction Drilling Rig is a type of High Wind Pressure Open-Air Down Hole Drilling Rig.
Safe and Stable Travelling System of KY140 Down Hole Rock Drilling Rig
1. This machine has low gravity center and big ground clearance, and can easily travel on bumpy road. It is driven by special wheel motor. That brings it strong grade-ability and low failure rate.
2. Equipped with advanced auto-balance and brake system, makes the moible drilling rig travel stably and also greatly reduce its impact force to ensure the drive safety.
3. Special anti-lock device greatly improves the crawler rock drill’s reliability.
4. Vehicle-mounted diesel engine provides strong power, so the mobile drilling rig can freely travel without air compressor.

1. Adopt famous 4-cylinder diesel engine as driving force which has advantages of large power, small volume, small vibration and reliable operation.
2. Adopt patent diesel engine air inlet regulating device (Patent No. : 200820087606.3) and desert air filter three-stage filter. That strengthens the mobile drilling rig’s adaptability to severe environment and lengthened the diesel engine’s service life.

1. Optimally designed luffing mechanism and round drilling boom with the advantages of neoteric structure and easy maintenance greatly improves the drilling hole’s coverage area. That also makes low-order horizontal hole drilling available.
Powerful Feed Mechanism and Rotating System of KY140 Down Hole Rock Drilling Rig
1. The new rotating system is composed of orbit hydraulic motor and planetary gearbox. That provides the crawler rock drill with strong torque reserve and reduce the sticking drilling rate.
2. The feed mechanism driven by high power hydraulic motor can generate 20 KN lifting power. Adjust the pressure regulating valve on the control valve can got the favorable driving power which is required by the working condition.
