Features of Rotary Vacuum Dryer
The dryer machine mainly consists of the rotary body, the lifting blade, the transmission device, the support device and the seal ring. Our dryer machine adopts new designed lifting blade with many functions such as guiding and equalizing the material flow, lifting the material flow and so on. And it can make the material distributed evenly in the radical section inside the dryer to form a thin, even, fully distributed material flow. And that can make sure the material fully contact with the hot air flow and make full use of the heat energy. Our dryer is well-designed and widely used in the cement making and mineral industry. Our dryer can reduce coal and electricity cost by 10-15% and increase the capacity by 10-15% than others.
Working Principle of Rotary Vacuum Dryer
The heat resource of the rotary dryer machine comes from the burning device. Our dryer machine adopts the parallel-flow heating method. The materials enter into the cylinder through the feed chute and then are lifted by the spiral lifting blade. Because of the slope, the material will go to the lower end of the cylinder by gravity and rotating force. At the same time, the lifting blade lifts the material to the upper end of the cylinder to form an even material flow in the cylinder. So there will be a full heat exchange between the material and the hot air inside the cylinder. Because the material is lifted repeatedly, the moisture contained becomes less gradually to fulfill the drying purpose.
