Bio-organic fertilizer granulators
Granulating disc is cubage measuring feeding equipment. It is a fine powdery material feeder suitable for non-cohesive materials like coal powder, cement, chamotte, limestone, shale, gangue and clunch.
It is widely used in gold concentrator, coal mine, chemical plant, construction and foundry for quantitative and even feeding. Advantages of this machine are: simple structure, easy-to-adjust and excellent performance. This machine is suitable for conveying of materials with granularity less than 50mm, while it is not suitable for cohesive materials, easy-to-flow or hard-to-flow materials.

Relationship between rotation speed and Angle of disk granulator?
There is proportional relationship between working efficiency and rotating speed. With the improvement of granulating disc rotation speed, the centrifugal force will grow, which can make the particles close to the rim and prevent grain tumbled down so that the disk appear funnel type vortex. In order to keep the effective use area of disk, we can improve rotating speed and increase the angle of the disc at the same time.
