2017 Hot sales air flow type sawdust drying machine
we have two types of the sawdust dryer , one is the air flow type sawdust dryer with samll capacity , the other is the wood sawdust rotary drum dryer .

This hot airflow dryer dryer is suitable for drying materials of moisture 30~60%. The eco-friendly dryer is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are put into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. This eco-friendly dryer reduces the moisture to 8~12% with the advantages of low cost consumption and high efficiency.

wood roatry drum dryer's material to be dried is pushed back immindiately by spiral board when enters the shell from feeding tank and feeding chute. Because the dryer is installed in slope, material flows to the back end under gravity and rotation force, meanwhile, sawdsut drying system is lifted by board repeatedly and thrown down accordingly, which make the material form even curtain, and exchange heat sufficiently with inner the heat flow.
