Specifications
This process adopt the soybean crushing method ,so the seeds would be granules,easily be solvented and less oil would be out.Description of the 80TD soybean pretreatment process:
Raw material use vibration sieve to be cleared through 1#belt conveyor, stoning machine can get rid of impurity ,clod and small stones in raw material. the raw materials reaches magnetizer selector to remove iron. Material arrives the crusher to be crushed into 4-6pcs ,then it go to the Flaker through 2#belt conveyor,it is flaked into flake. Then it arrive at solvent extraction workshop through plane conveyor.
60T/D Soybean Solventing Process
Prepress cake transport to storage tank through plane conveyer.Then arrive at solventing tank through 1# drawing template conveyer and 1# concealed auger.In the solventing tank,the solvent comes from solvent cycle tank completely mix with material through preheat ,then we can get miscella and moisture cake. At the help of dense miscella pump ,miscella reaches net filter,after filter,material reaches 1#,2# miscella tank;through 2# drawing template conveyer and 2# concealed auger,cake arrive at evapo-seperated machine.Solvent gas which comes from soak tank enter condenser,when tranform into liquid ,arrive at water tank.
Dense miscella in the miscella tank,impurity can be seperated through salt out,enter 1st evaporator,2nd evaporator and stripping tower,after evaporation and stripping,rude oil can be get and enter oil refinery through pump;solvent gas arrive at personal condenser solvent directly enter solventing cycle tank through 1st evaporator and 2nd evaporator,the solvent from stripping tower enter water division box,then enter into solventing cycle tank to reuse.
Cake adjusts moisture and temperature in the evapo-seperated machine,then can become finished cake,through auger enter cake tank;wet cake can produce solvent gas through steam,the drip catcher gets rid of cake foam,then enter evapo-separated machine and condenser.After condensation,solvent arrive at water separator firstly,then solvent cycle tank ,in order to cycle use.
Because material can bring air,the free air reaches balancing vessel. After condensation,solvent enters water separator,and the air can’t be condensation reaches freeze recycle equipment ,at last the gas is evacuated.
15T/D cooking oil Refinery
the line is adopted the physical refining method, which is not only much more economical and efficient than chemical refining, but also causes no pollution through waste water and exhaust air.
Degumming process
Preheating the crude oil filtered for 45 degrees orso, then adds the phosphoric acid (less than 0.2%) and mixing for 15 mins orso in 90 degrees.
And use the hot water washing and settle for more than 2 hours ,in order to remove out the oil dregs/soaps.
Decolorizer process
Pump the oil degummed into decolorizer vessel , samely open the vacuum system to rise its temperature to remove off the balance moisture , the temperature is 115 degrees ,to put into the mixture of crude oil and clay, mixing for 30 mins , then reduce the temperature to 70 degrees, and close the vacuum and filter the clay with oil filter, to get the oil decolorized .
Note: This process could remove out 40% red color,the more is removed out from the distilling process .
Distilling process
Pump the oil decolorized into the distilling vessel in the high vacuum, and 240 degrees –260degrees oil temperature, to distillate for 4hrs .
The FFA would be remove out with the direct steams.
The final oil is out after exchanging between hot oil distilled and oil decolorized.
Note: This process is not only remove out the FFA ,but also odor and most of red color / Hot sensitive decolorization.
Transmit hot oil furnace
1. Introduce
The furnace is an organic carrier heating furnace with normal liquid oil for the medium; the fuel could be coal and diesel oil, waste oil. The hot temperature oil pump forcedly convey the hot oil recycle into the using system, realize to transmit the heats indirectly from the furnace to using system.
The important is that the furnace is not high pressure boiler, to reduce the inspecting cost every year.
