Drying process:

Wet material is input into the hopper. The stove generates hot air, hot air mixed with wet sawdust and then 

sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower , flowing and go though the curving pipes and buffer(drying chamber)

of dryer, thus the wet sawdust is dried, and the dried sawdust is discharged from the outlet with air lock.

Structure and work principle:

1) Air Flow Pipe Dryer is equipped one fuel boiler,inlet,steel pipe,exhaust blower(fan),cyclone.

2) First, the wet materials are put into the hopper.Then the fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials 

and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curv ing pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).

3) Air Flow Pipe Dryer reduces the moisture to 8- 12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.
